In a family-owned business, succeeding generations can either make or break an enterprise. Luckily, I have been in the former category and have succeeded in adding value to the business in all aspects - with the help and constant support of my brothers and staff, to whom I am forever indebted.     My mission is to follow the course set by my predecessors with the backing of a proficiant team. The aim is to minimise the role of the owners in the day-to-day operations of the firm while ensuring Bukamal's continued growth locally and internationally, through serving an even wider segment of the market.
    

My immediate goal on taking charge of the firm was to restructure the entire company and I have achieved this by changing its identity, implementing a centralised distribution system and hiring professionals.
